No. Sula finds the contact, drafts the letter, and shows you the steps — but you always hit send yourself. It never acts as your agent, and it never takes a percentage of any refund you recover.

Your LemonSqueezy receipt email has a link to manage your subscription and request a refund. If you can't find it, send us a message above with the email you purchased with and we'll sort it out.

Right-click the Sula icon in your toolbar and choose "Remove from Chrome" (or manage extensions in Firefox). Nothing is stored off your device, so removing it deletes everything. We'd love to know why on the way out — the uninstall page takes ten seconds.
